TMOTS - Pt. 17The end of the second day was near when they arrived at the valley. Shandi could see a cave at the opposite side of where she stood, that was where they were headed. Kodi came up behind her and placed a hand on her shoulder. 'Shall we move on? We don't have too long until sundown.' She nodded. 'Zavyer! Shandar! Time to go!' he called. Zavyer and Shandar emerged from the trees and the group began to make their way into the valley. After ten minutes of walking, Shandi began to feel sick, so they decided to take a quick rest. TMOTS - Original text.Zack crept through the streets soundlessly, keeping to the shadows of the buildings. He made sure that he kept out of sight of the guards, or any passerby. He knew that it was long past the curfew and that if he was caught, there would be severe punishment. Zack imagined how worried his parents would be. He imagined them sitting in front of the fireplace, squeezing each other's hands and thinking the worst. He chuckled at the last thought, for he knew how overly paranoid his mother got if he was out past the curfew. I need some help, fellow deviants. Some of you may know that I am currently writing a story entitled 'The Master of the Shadows'. I am hoping to get it published one day. I've been posting it here on dA so that the people who are interested can read it. I was told that if I want to have it published, I'd be better off not submitting it online, for I may be charged for copyright.. or people may choose to read it here instead of buying the book. I'm thinking of taking it down when I complete it, but that would take a while because there will be many more parts to come. I think I may have to take it down now and no longer submit it.

But, if you're a reader and you would like to continue reading, tell me and I shall note you the parts as they are completed.
